This notice describes how Vertical Ink Print, operated by DM TECH, LLC, handles information through this website. For privacy questions, email sales@verticalinkprint.net.
Information you share
If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, project location, message, and wall dimensions. Please share only what is needed to discuss your project.
When online forms are available, submissions are sent through Formspree to Vertical Ink Print. They include the form type, project details where relevant, a request reference, and any optional marketing choice. When you email or call us directly, your email or telephone provider handles that communication.
How information is used
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss artwork and site requirements, prepare quotes, and arrange agreed services. Optional marketing choices are separate from an enquiry or download. You can ask us to stop marketing emails at any time by emailing the address above or using an unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
Your wall photos and artwork
The wall studio processes the JPG and PNG files you select in your browser. It does not upload those files to us or to Formspree. Refreshing or closing the page clears the studio’s working images. A mockup you download stays on your device until you delete it.
If you choose to email us images later, those attachments become part of your correspondence with us. The preview shows placement only; it is not a promise of exact scale, color, perspective, or a final print result.
Website and service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. Delivering and protecting the site involves technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser details, and request time. The website files do not contain an advertising pixel or visitor analytics script.
Formspree handles online form submissions when enabled. Our business email service handles correspondence. A booking link, when available, opens an external scheduling service only when you choose to visit it. These providers may process information in the United States or other countries under their own service arrangements.
Cookies and similar technology
The website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use browser storage to track visitors, or load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or an embedded booking calendar. Fonts and sample images are served with the website.
Depending on the hosting security settings and the checks needed for a request, Cloudflare may use security cookies. These support functions such as detecting automated traffic or remembering a completed security check. See Cloudflare’s cookie information for details of its services.
External booking pages and any form security challenge may have their own cookie notices. This website currently has no optional tracking tools to accept or reject. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and the relevant choices must be updated before it is enabled.
Keeping information
Enquiries, project correspondence, and service records are kept for the purposes described here and any applicable recordkeeping needs. Retention varies by record type and the provider holding it; this website does not automatically delete copies in business inboxes or service-provider accounts. Contact us to ask about a specific record or request deletion.
Your choices and requests
You can use the wall studio without sending us your images, choose whether to share contact details, and leave optional marketing boxes unticked. Email sales@verticalinkprint.net to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you shared. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children’s information
The service is intended for adults arranging wall-printing projects. Children’s-room and school mockups are examples for those customers. Please do not submit children’s personal information through the enquiry form. Contact us if a child has provided personal information so we can review its removal.
