Know your
surface.
Is this wallpaper or a vinyl decal?
No. UV-cured ink is printed directly onto the finished surface. There are no wallpaper seams, adhesive vinyl sheets, or frames.
What artwork files should I send?
Send the highest-quality original you have, whether it is a logo, photograph, or illustration. TB will check whether it is suitable for your wall size before printing. The online wall studio accepts JPG and PNG files up to 15 MB; other artwork formats can be discussed directly with TB.
Can you help if I only have an idea?
Yes. Bring your idea or reference images, and we can discuss the artwork and creative direction. Design requirements are agreed as part of your project scope.
How should I prepare my wall?
Start by sharing a clear photo of the wall, its dimensions, and the surface type. TB will review the wall condition and access, then confirm whether any cleaning, repairs, or painting are needed before printing. Check the requirements before arranging preparation work.
What surfaces and sizes are possible?
Drywall, concrete, brick, glass, tile, and wood are among the possible surfaces. The printer extends to 13 feet, with a printable mural height of up to 11.5 feet. Width depends on the available wall; margins, access, and surface condition are checked for each project.
Will I see the design before you print?
Yes. The artwork and placement are reviewed before printing. The online mockup is a starting point; the final layout and dimensions are confirmed for your actual wall.
How long does installation take?
Most installations take a single day. The schedule depends on the mural size, artwork detail, surface, and site access. UV ink cures during printing, so there is no separate ink-drying wait. TB will confirm the timing for your project.
How do I clean and care for the mural?
Care depends on the wall surface and finish. Ask TB for the cleaning instructions for your installation before using cleaning products. The lookbook describes the print as water- and scratch-resistant; the wall underneath still matters.
How long does the print last?
VIP’s lookbook describes an approximate indoor color life of 12 years. Surface condition, sunlight, moisture, and care affect the result. TB can explain what to expect for your space.
How do I get a price?
Use the wall planner to share the width, height, surface, and artwork style, then send an enquiry with your location and idea. TB will review those details and confirm a project-specific quote. The website does not display fixed printing rates.
